Happy Republic Day India.

Earlier I have created an animated India flag using multiple HTML elements. This year I have created the same using only a single div ( or element) no image has been harmed during development 😉

I have leveraged CSS pseudo selector functionality to achieve this with a single element. This technique is very helpful when you want to reduce your element numbers.
